Granite Point Capital Fitup

The prestigious hedge fund relocated to Daniel René's property at 109 State Street in May 2012.  From lease negotiation, design development and consultation, to construction and completion, all work was completed by Daniel René and its staff.  The collaborative effort with the tenant produced one of the most visually striking offices int the city, combining function, sophistication and and charm of the 100 year old factory building to represent the company and become the showpiece of 109 State Street’s office spaces. Executive Office Suites

Located on the third and fourth floors of 109 State St., the Executive Office Suites were originally conceived as a response to the tough market conditions of 2009-2012 by creating attractive shared space and lowering the cost of leasing to tenants.  Previously unleaseable at nearly any price, the floors were completely redesigned, repositioned and re-marketed, and all suites were fully leased prior to the completion of construction. Façade/ Lobby Infastructure

From the tired, old and crumbling wooden facades of 101-109 State Street, to full stainless steel, glass and granite fronts imported from Italy, Daniel René transformed not only the building but provided a much needed upgrade to the streetscape. By reclaiming a small unprofitable retail space, the building was given a proper lobby befitting its new and upscale office tenant base. Maark, Inc. Fit Up

One of Boston’s premiere digital agencies, Maark's office design and construction was completed in 2009. A beautifully renovated space completed entirely by Daniel René, the office is not only open, modern and aesthetically enticing, but also functional. View Photos
