Granite Point Capital

The hedge fund relocated from prestigious 222 Berkley Street to Daniel René's property at 109 State Street in 2012.  Granite Point and Daniel René worked together collaboratively through every stage of the relocation process: from leasing, to design development through construction and completion.  The result is one of the most interesting, elegant and functional office spaces in the city.  The space boasts 11 foot glass offices and conference rooms imported from Italy, exposed brick, exposed century old wood columns and supporting beams, wood flooring, Italian mosiac tile bathrooms and architectural glass panneling.  The space showcases the original charm of the century old factory building while providing all the modern sophistication required by the most discerning office professional.  All lease negotiation, design consultation and construction was performed by Daniel René.
