109 State Street Facade/Lobby

Prior to being acquired by Daniel René, 109 State Street had tired, old, crumbling wooden facade with no lobby and only a small entrance passageway to the elevator and stairs.  Daniel René transformed the property by eliminating one small retail space to create a spacious lobby befitting of sophisticated office users and replacing the entire facade with stainless steel and glass retail storefronts.  Many in passersby stop to gaze through the new glass facade at the custom built bronze elevator shaft that was hand-made in Italy and shipped to Boston piece by piece.  All construction and installation was performed solely by Daniel René and its crew of skilled craftsmen.
