Executive Office Suites


Old and dingy offices with only two window lines were dark, poorly configured and divided, run-down, wholly unattractive and could only be improved by total demolition of the floor at significant cost to the potential tenant, creating significant barriers to leasing, especially in a downward market.

The goal of the office suites was to adapt to the new market conditions and lease problematic office space by creating a "hybrid" office, that minimized entry costs yet provided customization sought by most tenants, created smaller sized suites to increase the potential tenant base and allowed for maximum flexibility in acceptable lease terms to the landlord. Exquisitely built out common areas for reception, conference, kitchen and bath space take the stigma away from "shared space" while also providing the economic benefit of sharing necessary but infrequently used conference and reception space.  Using computer generated marketing materials, both floors were fully leased prior to completion of the renovation project.  To view the project, click on the gallery below.
