Daniel R. Safar

Daniel R. Safar has managed numerous businesses in Boston and has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, since his acquisition of 118 Newbury Street in 1978. Originally the site of Daniel’s well known clothing store, Daniel first developed 118 Newbury Street by painstakingly rehabilitating every square inch of the property. As a result of Daniel’s renovations and management, 118 Newbury as well as Daniel’s other properties are able to operate at a fraction of the cost of similarly placed properties.

Daniel’s firm belief in quality of construction, reliable building infrastructure, expense control and reduction, service to tenants, integrity in all business dealings and strong family values form the cornerstone his philosophy which he applies to the development and management of all the properties he has acquired and operated throughout his career.
